Cat Stamps & not Cat Stamps

I looked into the USPS “custom stamps” option & found out that the outfit that has the contract for that biz needs about 1/4 of the stamp for their own promotion & uglification. I’m still gonna print my own stamps, they just won’t be any good for that concept called “US postage”
